Spectrum Scholars is an educational program for eligible rising college juniors with financial need. The annual program awards college students $20,000 each, half during their junior year and half during their senior year. In addition, students are paired with a Charter mentor and have the opportunity for a paid internship with the company.
Applications for the 2024-2025 Spectrum Scholars program are now open. The program offers rising college juniors a chance for scholarships, professional mentorship, and an internship at one of the company's corporate campuses.
Applications are now open for the 2025-2026 Class of Spectrum Scholars, Charter’s annual scholarship and professional development program for college students with financial need. Spectrum has awarded more than $1.5 million in scholarships through Spectrum Scholars since 2020.

Spectrum Scholar Mariel Segovia completed two internships with Charter that helped pave the way to her future role as a Network Engineer with Spectrum Enterprise.
We support the academic and career aspirations of students with scholarships and one-on-one mentorship, as well as the opportunity for a paid internship through the Spectrum Scholars program.
Fifteen college juniors will each be awarded $20,000 in scholarships and will have the opportunity to participate in a two-year educational and professional development program at Charter through its Spectrum Scholars initiative. With this $300,000 commitment, Charter has provided $1 million in scholarships to students with financial need since 2020.
